WHITE CHOCOLATE ALMOND TRUFFLES
80 g cream
200 g white chocolate
100 g chopped almonds
50 g ground almonds
1 teaspoon Amaretto
[or Liqueur 52]
_ chop chocolate and place in a bowl
_ heat cream and pour over chocolate
_ stir well until all chocolate is molten
_ stir in alcohol and chopped almonds
_ leave chocolate to cool down in the fridge [min. 3-4 hours]
_ use a teaspoon to pluck small small portions and roll into balls
_ roll them in ground almonds
_ store in the fridge

80 g Sahne
200 g weiße Schokolade
100 g gehackte Mandeln
50 g gemahlene Mandeln
1 Teelöffel Amaretto
[oder Likör 52]
