BOK CHOY IN GARLIC OYSTER SAUCE
3                          baby bok choy 
3 tablespoons oyster sauce 
1 teaspoon       sugar 
2 teaspoons     minced garlic 
10 teaspoons  water 
                            black pepper 
¼ teaspoon     sesame oil 
3 tablespoons cooking oil 
                             salt  
_ wash bok choy and cut off bottom ends
   [feel free to quarter them to make it easier for eating with chop sticks]
_ combine oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, water and a pinch black pepper in a bowl
_ heat oil in a large pan and fry garlic until lightly browned 
_ pour in oyster sauce mixture and bring to a boil 
_ add bok choy, cover with a lid and cook until the sauce is reduced to half [give it a toss every few minutes] 
   [thick parts of the bok choy should still be slightly crunchy]
_ season with salt if needed 
_ serve with rice

2 Teelöffel   gehackter Knoblauch 
50 ml             Wasser 
schwarzer    Pfeffer 
¼ Teelöffel Sesamöl 
3 Esslöffel   Speiseöl
