LEMON THYME QUARK DIP
250 g quark
½ lemon [zest + juice]
2 tablespoons olive oil
small hand full fresh thyme
salt
_ pluck thyme leaves from its stems
_ mix all ingredients well
_ season with more salt and lemon juice
_ leave to infuse for a few hours in the fridge for a stronger flavor
