BANANA PEANUT POPSICLES
4-5 bananas [very ripe]
½ cup peanut butter [pure nut butter]
dark chocolate [optional]
flaky sea salt [optional]
_ combine bananas and peanut butter in a blender
_ blend until very smooth
_ spoon into popsicle moulds
_ freeze [ideally over night]
_ run warm water over the moulds [upside down] to loosen the popsicles and take out to decorate
_ dip in or decorate with dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt
