STRAWBERRY CARROT GUMMIES
1 ½ cups strawberries [chopped]
½ cup carrots [chopped]
2-3 tablespoons gelatine
1 tablespoon honey [optional]
_ steam or cook carrots until soft
_ combine strawberries and carrots and blend into a smooth cream
[add honey or alternative sweeteners if strawberries are too sour]
_ add the smooth mixture to a pot and sprinkle with gelatine [let sit for 5 min]
[2 tablespoons will make the mixture set nicely, 3 tablespoons will make it firmer - up to your liking, wouldn’t go beyond 3 tablespoons as it turns rubbery]
_ warm mixture on medium heat and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved [do not boil]
_ pour into silicone moulds [work quickly before gelatine sets]
_ refrigerate for min 3 hours
_ pop them out of the moulds
[store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks]

240 g Erdbeeren [gestückelt]
70 g Karotten [gestückelt]
2-3 Esslöffel Gelatine
1 Esslöffel Honig [optional]
