DILL CARROTS
6 big carrots
3 tablespoons butter
fresh dill
dry dill
salt
pepper
_ cut carrots into medium chunks
_ place in an oven proof dish
_ put butter on top
_ sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried dill
_ preheat oven to 180°C [375°F]
_ cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes
[until they are starting to get soft]
_ remove foil and stir
_ bake another 15 minutes [until they start to caramelize]
_ serve sprinkled with fresh dill
