TERIYAKI SAUCE
250 ml      soy sauce
200 ml      mirin
200 ml      sake 
[alternative - 50:50 vodka + water]
60-90 g     white sugar
non alcohol version
250 ml      soy sauce
250 ml      stock
100 g        sugar
_ combine all ingredients in a small saucepan
_ put on medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar
   [watch out as not to boil it]
_ transfer to a sterile bottle and store until use
[stores out of the fridge pretty much indefinitely]
[non alcoholic version needs to be refrigerated]

250 ml      Sojasoße
250 ml      Brühe
