SLOE CHOCOLATE SPREAD
450 g sloes
100 g sugar
200 g dark chocolate [good quality]
_ wash sloes and spread out onto a baking tray
_ roast at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes
_ mix with a little water and pass through a sieve
_ heat the sloe purée in a pan and stir in the sugar
_ roughly chop the chocolate
_ slowly stir in the chocolate and allow to melt
[add more sugar or chocolate according to taste]
_ spoon into sterile jars and seal tightly

100 g Zucker
200 g dunkle Schokolade [gute Qualität]
