EGG DROP SOUP
1 l chicken stock
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ginger [ground]
pinch garlic powder
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
0.5 teaspoons sesame oil
1 green onion
0.25 cups corn kernels
salt
pepper
_ chop green onion
_ whisk cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder in with the chicken stock
[mix well to get rid of any lumps]
_ bring to a boil
_ whisk together eggs and egg whites
_ once the broth boils remove from heat
_ pour in the egg [small portions at the time] under constant stirring [with a whisk]
_ stir in sesame oil, green onions and corn
_ season with salt and pepper
_ serve topped with green onion

Prise Knoblauchpulver
2 große Eier

0,5 Teelöffel Sesamöl
1 Frühlingszwiebel
50 g Maiskörner
