CINNAMON ROLLS
4-5 cups 	       flour
2 packages 	       dry yeast
1 teaspoon	       salt
3/4 cup	               milk
1/2 cup	               water
1/2 cup	               butter
1/2 cup	               sugar
1 		               egg
4 tablespoons	butter
1/2 cup	               brown sugar
2 teaspoons 	cinnamon
_ mix 1 ¾ cups flour with yeast and salt 
_ heat milk, water, butter and sugar over low heat 
   [until the butter has melted] 
_ pour milk mixture over the flour mixture 
_ beat until smooth 
_ add ½ cup flour and the egg [beat until smooth] 
_ gradually add more flour until you get a soft dough
   [approximately 1 ½ cups] 
_ knead dough 
_ cover and rest for 20 minutes 
_ mix brown sugar with cinnamon 
_ melt butter 
_ preheat oven to 180°C 
_ prepare baking pan with baking paper 
_ once dough has risen, roll out into a rectangle
   [approximately ½ cm thick] 
_ spread melted butter over the top 
   [leaving a small boarder all around] 
_ sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture 
_ roll the dough and seal shut 
_ cut into 1.5 cm thick rolls 
_ place onto baking paper 
   [leave plenty of space between them] 
_ bake for 15-20 minutes [until golden brown]

115 g	  	        Butter
100 g		        Zucker
1 		                Ei
4 Esslöffel	        Butter
110 g		               brauner Zucker
