BEETROOT HUMMUS
3 small beets [cooked]
1 teaspoon lemon [zest]
1 lemon [juice]
salt [to taste]
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
_ but beets and garlic into large chunks
_ combine all ingredients in a food processor [or puree with a hand blender] and blend until smooth
_ season with more salt or tahini to taste
_ serve drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with seeds or cilantro

2 Zehen Knoblauch
60 g Tahini
