It’s always handy to have a few quick and easy dips up your sleeve. This light and refreshing dip goes great with raw vegetable or baked savory goods. As with all yoghurt dips – the flavors get absorbed and therefore stronger if you let it sit for a while [covered and refrigerated of course].
Small advice – be on the conservative side with the ginger. Rather put a small amount in first and see how you like it when all ingredients are in. You can always add more if you feel it could use a bit more kick to it.
YOGHURT GINGER MINT DIP
_ mince mint leaves
_ grate ginger
_ mix all ingredients together well
_ taste – season – taste – season – add more mint – taste – perfect!
