TOMATO SALSA
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1 jalapeño
small bunch cilantro
1 lime [juice]
salt
_cut tomatoes in half
_ remove the seeds
_ finely dice tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and cilantro [as small as you can manage]
_ mix everything together
_ season with salt and lime juice
