When I have to entertain guests with very different taste preferences I like to make TAPAS. There are a lot of dishes you can make in advance or are just served cold. Everybody will find something they like. And I like all of them.
I usually make some sauces, salads, cold [instant] dishes and only a few warm dishes. And never forget a nice, fruity sangria!
sauces: tomato salsa, guacamole, garlic-yoghurt sauce, chili jam
salads: corn+bean salad, green salad
cold: nacho chips, pickled onions, olives, capers, chili filled with cream cheese
warm: garlic bread, corn cobs, chicken skewers, garlic prawns, garlic mushrooms, dates in bacon, chorizo, patatas bravas
_ take out the seeds [dispose of the seeds]
_ cut tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and cilantro into small pieces [as small as you can manage]
