You can fill wontons with literally anything. Why not go for something sweet once in a while. I like to mix the fruit with cream cheese and drizzle chocolate on top. But you can also just mix the fruit with Nutella for example. The recipe works great with fruits like bananas. If you choose fruits with more liquid [e.g. strawberries] you may need to make the cream cheese mixture a bit dryer – otherwise it will run out of the wonton when baking.
SWEET WONTONS

_ cut fruit into small dices
_ in a small bowl combine remaining sugar with cinnamon

_ lay out the wonton wrappers on a plate
_ spoon 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake mixture on each one
_ add 1 teaspoon fruit
_ brush edges with some egg
_ fold shut and press the edges tightly together
_ place onto the baking sheet
_ brush wontons with some eggs
_ sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
_ bake for 15-18 minutes [until golden brown]
