STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU

Nothing better for a beautiful, sunny easter sunday than some fresh strawberries. This fruity dessert is a refreshing treat for all your guests – or just yourself :)

STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU

  • 300g strawberries [fresh]
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2-3 oranges [juice]
  • 100g whipping cream
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1package ladyfingers

_ wash and cube strawberries [5x5mm]

[optionally puree half or all of the strawberries]

_ mix with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

_ whip cream

_ mix mascarpone with remaining powdered sugar

_ add first strawberries, then carefully the whipped cream

_ layer cream and ladyfingers dipped in orange juice

[starting and finishing with cream]

_ keep in the fridge [at least 2 hours before serving]

_ sprinkle with rasped chocolate or strawberry slices
