SPEEDY BROCCOLI SOUP

March 21, 2015

I’m in desperate need of some color! With the dull weather lately the days are starting to blend together.
This delicious soup is quick and easy to make. Even on the most stressful of days you can squeeze this in. And the happy color will cheer you up instantly! It takes probably less than 20 minutes from taking the broccoli out of your fridge to hopping onto the sofa with a steaming cup of soup. More time to relaxe and treat your body to some healthy veggies!

    Anita,

I love you recipes! But if I try to print them (for an analog-friend ;-)), the outome is horrible.
Any chance to change the layout to a more printer-friendly version?
    Hugs

      Hi,
yeah, sorry! I’ve been trying to fix that for a while now. Unfortunately I haven’t figured out a good way yet!
Will do my best to change that soon!
      Greetings to Berlin!
      Hugs,
