It’s finally getting really warm and sunny. So soup and warm lunch time is over. Try this delicious salmon tartare instead. I like it simple like that, but you can always add a little ginger, green onions or some fresh herbs. Important is just that you get fresh, sushi grade salmon!



  • 250g salmon fillet 
  • quality olive oil
  • 1 shallot [finely diced]
  • 1 lime
  • coarse sea salt
  • black pepper [freshly ground]
  • bread/baguette

fox_salmon_ toast bread /baguette

_ cut salmon into small cubes

_ mix all ingredients

_ season to taste

_ place on baguette
