RAUHNÄGEL

August 25, 2014

Literally ‘Rauhnägel’ would mean ‘rough nails’! The ‘rough’ I get – from the coconut on the outside. But what’s up with the ‘nail’? This would be some seriously odd shaped nail! Nobody I asked could explain this to me. Anyway – they are delicious. They need very few ingredients and are great to make with kids.

  • 120g flour
  • 0.5teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch salt
