This is less a recipe and more a way of preparing potatoes. Instead of garlic you may stuff it with bacon or parmesan cheese. With little effort on your side this makes for a delicious side dish!
_ preheat oven to 200°C
_ wash and rub your potatoes dry [if they don’t sit flat on the board shave of a slice of the bottom]
_ thinly slice your garlic
_ place potatoes into an oven proof pan
_ bake for about 1 hour [until edges are crispy]
