This is less a recipe and more a way of preparing potatoes. Instead of garlic you may stuff it with bacon or parmesan cheese. With little effort on your side this makes for a delicious side dish!

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

_ preheat oven to 200°C

_ wash and rub your potatoes dry [if they don’t sit flat on the board shave of a slice of the bottom]

_ evenly slice into your potatoes [place wooden spoons next your potatoes to keep from slicing all the way through]fox_oven_potatoes2
