ORANGE MANGO TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Winter is coming. Time to get your vitamin levels up to fight those icy winds.
This juice is easy to prep way in advance. You can also make little ingredient packages with everything but the milk and just add milk and blend once you are in need of some orange goodness.

ORANGE MANGO TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

  • 2 oranges
  • 150g mango [1.5 cups]
  • 1.5 cm fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch cinnamon

_ cut mango into small chunks and freeze [for at least 3 hours]

_ peel oranges

_ peel turmeric and cut into small slices

_ put all ingredients into a high speed blender

_ blend until smooth [if you like an even smoother texture strain smoothie through a sieve]
