OLIVE OIL CRACKERS

Ridiculous how easy it is to make your own crackers – just the way you like them.

 

OLIVE OIL CRACKERS

  • 175g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


_ mix all ingredients until they form a dough [optionally add spices you like – rosemary, chili, …]

_ pull off walnut-sized lumps of dough

_ roll into little sausages between your palms

_ roll into long, very thin tongues onto a floured board

_ place onto baking sheet

_ brush generously with olive oil

_ sprinkle with coarse salt

_ preheat oven to 200°C

_ bake for 6-8 min until pale golden in color
