MEXICAN SPICED CHICKEN

This chicken is a super easy and fast addition to any tapas evening. Done in just five minutes. Even if you have no idea about cooking chicken – this seems to always turn out yummy.

MEXICAN SPICED CHICKEN

  • 400g chicken
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder

_ mix all spices

_ rub spices evenly over the chicken pieces

_ pan fry in 2 tablespoons olive oil
