HONEY + POMELO RIND TEA

This tea is a poor man’s ‘yuzu’ peel tea. ‘Yuzu’ is a Japanese citrus fruit – prized for its aromatic peel [but hard to come by]. Honey-pomelo rind tea tastes like a stronger, more citrusy lemongrass tea – and smells divine.

HONEY + POMELO RIND TEA

  • 1 teaspoon pomelo rind [fresh or dried from an untreated pomelo]
  • 1 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup water

_ pour boiling water over the finely chopped pomelo rind

_ let steep for 5 minutes

_ once slightly cooled down stir in the honey
