Looking for a super easy and quick to make dish that has you lick your fingers twice because it’s so good?
This is probably the yummiest ‘fast food’ I have eaten in a long time. A little trip to Asia – at least in my mind.
Make sure to give this one a try. Goes great with coconut rice!
HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP
[defrost shrimps a while ahead – otherwise they will lose too much water]
_ mince garlic and ginger
_ combine all ingredients but the shrimp
_ mix well and divide it into half
_ marinate the shrimp with one half of the saucer [15-30 minutes]
_ heat some oil in a skillet [medium high]
_ sear shrimp until nicely browned on both sides [about 2 minutes per side]
[when you turn them over add a little from the marinade]
_ serve hot and drizzle with the remaining sauce
[for a variation on flavor – try adding red pepper flakes or fresh lime juice]
