butter [room temperature]
lemon [juice]
salt
_ wash wild garlic flowers and shake dry [let dry completely]
_ cut flowers off the stems
_ whisk butter with lemon juice [may take a while to blend well]
_ stir in salt and wild garlic flowers
[use right away, or store in refrigerator for up to a week - alternatively, freeze and use as herb butter]
