STIR FRY WATER SPINACH
300 g water spinach
[morning glory]
2-3 cloves garlic
pinch salt
oil [for sautéing]
_ wash water spinach and remove hard stem ends
_ cut into pieces about 10 cm long
_ cut garlic into fine slices
_ heat oil in a wok [or large frying pan]
_ fry garlic briefly while stirring
_ add water spinach and fry until soft but firm to the bite
_ season with salt
[serve with rice]
