QUARK SEMOLINA CASSEROLE
50 g soft wheat semolina
350 g low-fat quark
2 eggs
40 g sugar
salt
vanilla
150 g strawberries
butter
_ butter one or more small ovenproof dishes
_ preheat oven to 150°C.
_ wash strawberries and cut into small pieces
_ beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff
_ mix egg yolks with low-fat quark, sugar, vanilla and semolina
_ add strawberries
_ carefully fold egg whites into the mass
_ spoon mass into prepared dishes
_ bake until golden brown [large dishes approx. 60 min, small dishes approx. 40 min]
