ORANGE MANGO TURMERIC SMOOTHIE
2 oranges
150 g mango [1.5 cups]
1.5 cm fresh turmeric
1 cup milk
pinch cinnamon
_ cut mango into small chunks and freeze [for at least 3 hours]
_ peel oranges
_ peel turmeric and cut into small slices
_ put all ingredients into a high speed blender
_ blend until smooth
[if you like an even smoother texture strain smoothie through a sieve]
