JALAPEÑO POPPER PINWHEELS
1 package puff pastry
170 g cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 fresh jalapeño
1 clove garlic
_ finely dice jalapeños and garlic
_ mix together cream cheese, jalapeños and garlic
_ carefully unfold puff pastry sheet
_ evenly spread cream cheese mixture over the sheet
[leaving a little space on one end]
_ sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top
_ roll up long side to long side
_ press the seam tight
_ slice into 1.5 centimeter pieces
[dip the knife into a glass of water to keep it from sticking]
_ preheat oven to 200°C
_ place the rolls on a baking sheet
_ bake for 15-20 minutes [until golden brown]
[if you like it cheese - sprinkle with grated Parmesan about half way through]
