GARLIC PRAWNS
10 peeled raw prawns
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 chili pepper
pinch paprika powder
1/2 bell pepper
pinch salt
pinch pepper
parsley
lime juice
_ finely slice garlic and cut chili into thin rings
_ simmer garlic and chili in a smal pan
_ cut bell pepper into small cubes
_ put the heat up
_ add prawns and paprika
_ fry until prawns turn pink and curl slightly
_ season with salt, pepper, paprika and lime juice
_ just before serving add a handful parsley
