Everybody seems to make their guacamole differently. Personally I like it without onions and plenty of jalapeños. Important is to get nice and ripe avocados. If you can’t get ripe ones, place them one day next to bananas and they will get soft.
Guacamole is nice as a dip, salad dressing, enchiladas and pretty much any other Mexican dish.


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • jalapeños
  • salt
  • lime juice

_ cut avocados in half 

_ remove stone and scrape out flesh

_ mash avocado with a fork [until you get a creamy texture]

_ chop jalapeños into small pieces [don’t take too much, it will get more spicy the longer it sits]

_ remove seeds from tomatoes [otherwise it gets to liquid]

_ cut them into small pieces

_ mix everything together

_ season with salt and the juice from half a lime

The lime will keep the avocado from getting brown too soon.
