If you can get your hands on fresh prawns – lucky you. I live in the mountains and here the shrimps come in little frozen blocks. So I need to defrost them first. If you throw the frozen prawns into the pan you gonna end up with a watery fish soup. Even if all the water vaporizes you won’t get nicely grilled prawns.
_ simmer garlic and chili in a smal pan
_ put on the heat
_ add prawns and paprika
_ fry until prawns turn pink and curl slightly
_ season with salt, pepper, paprika and lime juice
_ just before serving add a handful parsley
