I don’t like recipes that ask for special spice mix that are hard to come by [especially in a small town, where people look at you weird if you ask for strange and foreign things like coriander]. Fortunately most of those spice mix are easy to make by yourself. And since I’m currently trying a lot of Indian recipes it was time to figure out how to make Garam Masala.
_ combine all ingredients well
_ store in an air tight container [in a cool, dark place]
for the best taste use ingredients unground and roast them in a pan – then grind them together
