ESPRESSO QUARK CREAM

Quick last minute dessert for coffee lovers.
This light cream can be eaten straight away but the texture is even nicer after a few hours in the fridge.

  • 120g cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 100g quark
  • 100g mascarpone
  • ½ tablespoon instant espresso powder

_ whip cream until stiff
_ combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine
_ add whipped cream and mix well
_ spoon or pipe into glasses
_ chill until ready to serve
