DANDELION GRANITA

April 30, 2014

Granita is basically sugar, water, lemon juice and what kind fruit you want it to taste like. So I thought why not try it with dandelion syrup. The result turned out great! Very special taste and super refreshing. It takes a bit of time to prepare the dandelion, but you can store the ice for a while before blending it up and serving it.
