This salad is a fresh treat if you are looking to pimp a heavy meal or just feel like a healthy snack in-between.
The taste always reminds me of BBQ. I can’t wait for the weather to warm enough again to fire up the grill.

  • 2 cucumbers [medium]
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 red onion [small]
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill

_ peel cucumbers and cut into bit sized chunks
_ finely dice red onion and chop dill
_ combine all ingredients and toss well
