COCONUT CHAMOMILE MANGO MILKSHAKE

For some reason I’m really into mango lately. Still haven’t quite figured out yet how to cube them without making a total mess. I guess I’ll just have to stick to pureed recipes for a while.
If you cube the mango and pre-freeze it the texture of your drink will be even more similar to a milkshake.

COCONUT CHAMOMILE MANGO MILKSHAKE

  • 2 bags chamomile tea
  • ½ cup [125ml] water
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 can coconut milk [refrigerated]
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • pinch salt
  • ¼ cup honey

_ steep chamomile tea for 10 minutes

_ discard tea bag and cool tea completely

_ combine all ingredients in a blender [or a high bowl and use a hand blender] and blend until smooth

_ refrigerate and serve cold
