CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR

You’re in for a treat with this chocolate liqueur! Great for a toast on christmas eve, or on a cold night in front of the fire place. The weather is still to warm? – no worries – it’s also great drizzled over ice!

 

CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR

  • 100g dark chocolate [min 70% cocoa content]
  • 150g powder sugar
  • 200ml cream
  • 4tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • rum [to your liking]

_ mix cream, powder sugar and cocoa powder in a pan

_ start heating over low heat

_ slowly add dark chocolate

_ melt chocolate

_ remove from heat

_ let cool until lukewarm

_ mix in rum

_ pour liqueur into bottles

[keep in a cool place]
