This is quite a long list of ingredients, but totally worth it! Changing the amount of black tea bags or the tea-milk ration might help if you want it less strong. Non the less – don’t drink it before going to bed. You will be staring at your ceiling for hours…
CHAI CONCENTRATE
_ add spices and tea bags
_ boil at low temperature for 1 hour
_ remove pan from heat
_ strain through sieve
_ add honey [or sugar]
_ allow to cool before filling into bottles
_ mix 1 part concentrate with 2 parts milk
_ enjoy hot or on ice!!
