Temperature dropped to -20°C. Winter is definitely not over yet. So comfort food it is ;)
_ prepare silicone chocolate moulds [silicone ice cube trays won’t work as well but also do the job]
_ melt chocolates in a water bath and add cinnamon
_ pour into moulds and shake lightly so the air bubbles rise to the top
_ wait a few minutes until a thin layer formed
_ than turn mould over [onto a baking rack or something similar] and let excess chocolate drip out of the mould
_ scrape excess chocolate from the top of the moulds
_ warm applesauce and add remaining ingredients
_ stir until sugar is fully dissolved
_ place sauce in the fridge to fully cool down
_ fill pralines with sauce [leaving 1mm to the top]
_ meld dripped down chocolate and use to seal the pralines
